Welcome to Empower Freedom. These Terms of Service apply to empowerfreedomhq.com and its pages, the member dashboard, and the resources, emails, and text messages we provide. In these terms, "Empower Freedom," "we," "us," and "our" mean Empower Freedom and the independent LifeWave Brand Partners who use it. By using Empower Freedom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who We Are

Empower Freedom is a resource and education platform created by Renée Riker, an independent LifeWave Brand Partner, to support the people on her team. Empower Freedom is not owned, operated, or endorsed by LifeWave. LifeWave, X39, and other LifeWave product names are trademarks of LifeWave, Inc.

Education Only, Not Medical Advice

Everything we share, including our pages, videos, emails, and calls, is for education and information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

No Income Guarantee

Any income or lifestyle examples we share are not a promise or guarantee that you will earn the same or any income. Independent Brand Partners

If you choose to become a LifeWave Brand Partner, you do so as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, or partner of Empower Freedom or Renée Riker. Your marketing and business decisions are your own, and you are responsible for following the law and LifeWave's policies.

Orders and Purchases

LifeWave processes all product orders, enrollments, and payments. Your purchases are governed by LifeWave's own terms, including its shipping, return, and refund policies. Questions about an order should go to LifeWave or your LifeWave sponsor.

Member Dashboard

If you have access to the member dashboard, keep your login private and let us know right away if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or end access to the dashboard if these terms are not followed.

Emails

When you give us your email address, you agree to receive emails from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Empower Freedom, you will receive recurring messages at the number you provide, such as updates, reminders, and support related to your connection with Empower Freedom.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to use Empower Freedom.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Content

The content on Empower Freedom, including text, graphics, logos, videos, guides, and trainings, belongs to Empower Freedom or the people who license it to us. You may use it for your own personal use and, if you are a member of our team, to support your own LifeWave business as we permit. You may not copy, resell, or publish it elsewhere without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use Empower Freedom to break the law, to send spam, to interfere with how our pages work, to access accounts or information that do not belong to you, or to make health or income claims about LifeWave products that LifeWave does not allow.

Other Websites

We link to other websites, such as LifeWave and YouTube. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

Empower Freedom is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about Empower Freedom or its content, including that it will be accurate, complete, or available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Empower Freedom and the Brand Partners who use it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Empower Freedom or your reliance on its content.

Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Empower Freedom and the Brand Partners who use it from any claims, losses, or costs that come from your misuse of Empower Freedom or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Empower Freedom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
