Empower Freedom is a resource and education platform created by Renée Riker, an independent LifeWave Brand Partner, to support the people on her team. In this policy, "Empower Freedom," "we," "us," and "our" mean Empower Freedom and the independent LifeWave Brand Partners who use it to support their customers and team members.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to empowerfreedomhq.com and its pages, including the Connect Form and the member dashboard, and to the emails and text messages we send.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your LifeWave sponsor and LifeWave account type
• Your background, interests, and the kind of support you choose
• Anything you share with us when you email, text, book a call, or meet with us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our pages or open our emails, we may collect basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you visit, and whether you open an email or click a link. We use cookies and similar tools to do this.

Information from others

Your LifeWave sponsor or another member of your team may give us your contact information when they introduce you to Empower Freedom, so that we can send you resources and support.

• To send you the resources, education, and updates you asked for
• To personalize your experience based on your answers and interests
• To connect you with your LifeWave sponsor and leadership team
• To schedule and prepare for onboarding and support calls
• To send you emails and, if you agree, text messages

• To follow the law and protect our rights and the rights of others

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With your LifeWave sponsor and leadership team. These are independent LifeWave Brand Partners who use your information to support you.
• With service providers. These are companies that help us run Empower Freedom, such as our customer management, email, text messaging, scheduling, video meeting, and website hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• When the law requires it, or when we need to protect the safety, rights, or property of you, us, or others.
• If Empower Freedom is transferred to a new owner, your information may be transferred as part of that change, and this policy will continue to apply to it.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we will send recurring messages to the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to use Empower Freedom.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Emails

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages you need about a request you made.

Cookies

Cookies help our pages work and help us understand how they are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of our pages may not work as well.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as you are connected with Empower Freedom, and afterward only as long as we need it to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or keep records.

Children

Empower Freedom is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other Websites

Our pages and emails link to other websites, such as LifeWave and YouTube. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know.
